We now operate in several cities across the UK, therefore can even help you move from one area to another should you require assistance in doing so. landlord2Our Lettings Team will be happy to assist you throughout every step of your move, from finding you the right property based on your search criteria, to accompanying you on viewings (even collecting you from the station should that make life easier), assisting you with your Tenancy Application Form and explaining each part of the process so you feel comfortable and fully informed at all times. We will even assist you in finding a removals company, or Tenant Contents & Liability Insurance, should you require it. And what’s more, all our Tenants receive a welcome gift when moving into their new properties with The Good Letting Agency. We want to make you feel at home.

Our managed properties have dedicated Property Managers, so should you have any maintenance issues during your Tenancy, just pick up the phone and contact our Property Management team and your dedicated Property Manager will be there to help. All maintenance issues are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible by our extensive team of professional, qualified contractors who all have in place the necessary liability insurance required. And should you forget to contact us about renewing your Tenancy, don’t worry. Our Tenancy Renewals Team will contact you in plenty of time during the last two months of your Tenancy to find out your plans, and again assist you along the way.

Tenant Application Fees*: £200+VAT - £300+VAT for one applicant, £300+VAT - £400+VAT for two applicants (depending on city)
Guarantor Application Fees*: £100+VAT per Guarantor
Tenancy Renewal Fee: £100+VAT
Tenant Check-Out Fee: £125+VAT
Late Payment of Rent Fee: £45+VAT
Breach of Tenancy Letter Fee: £45+VAT
Reference Request Fee: £20+VAT

*Please note all Application Fees are non-refundable, unless the Landlord withdraws the property to let.
